Dirtiest place ever....homeless people living in the field next door. They want 75 to 90 per night depending, for a messed up room that wasn't sanitized or cleaned at all.....sooo dirty. Covid palace,do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. For the price you can get service a pool and a sanitized room. Never seen anything so this dirty refund time

This place is filthy. A lot of water stains on the cealing. Lights in room are burned out. Bedsheets and towels are stained even after being washed. Management likes to bully the guests. Place says free Wi-Fi, manager turns it off on a whim and doesn't turn it back on. Very disrespectful of guests. Charge you an extra $20 per hour if you are late with your payment. Overall not a place I recommend.

I have NEVER seen, let alone been in a dirtier place. The people at the front desk and the housecleaning woman were so nice. However, I literally bought a plastic drop cloth and table clothes to cover every single surface, including the ground and the beds. I just couldn't shake the creepy, bed bug, dog fight vibe and had to ask for my money back.

I was exhausted from being evacuated, it was a room, it was hot , n smelled funky ...Best part was it only costs $100 for 2 Adults n 2 large breed dogs ...

This was the worst place I have ever stayed in my life. I think it was a crack / drug house or something. The bed had stained sheets had to ask to change them. The king bed box spring was broke into on one side. Very dirty, wall outlet plates broke and would not hold what you plugged into them. The shower fixtures was about to fall off and did not work very well. This place should get a ( Negative -5 rating ) if I could. I would highly recommend you find another place to stay. I think its a shame it is called American Best Inn. The place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. OVERALL DON'T STAY HERE...

This place is not worth staying at; it's better to sleep in your car. Upon arrival, the people around the motel seemed suspicious. When I requested a two-night stay at the front desk, the clerk seemed doubtful and suggested I stay for just one night with a chuckle. I reluctantly agreed and walked to my room. Within five minutes of being in the room, I noticed a peculiar smell, and I could hear someone attempting to open my door. Concerned for my safety, I stayed awake the entire night, ready to defend myself with a chair. I checked out at sunrise, unable to rest due to the unsettling atmosphere. This place raises serious concerns, including potential involvement with illegal activities.
